Job Purpose
To support the effective delivery of core HR services across the organization by coordinating HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, personnel administration, payroll inputs, benefits, compliance documentation, and HR reporting. The role ensures accurate HR records, consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, timely employee support, and smooth coordination between the Head Office and field offices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and audit readiness
- Administer Employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare monthly Payroll, benefits, and compliance inputs.
- Employee support and field office coordination
- Recruitment support, reporting, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment administration
- Prepare Quarter HR reports
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Excellent Communication skills
- Perfect written Arabic & English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- 4-6 Years of experience in HR
- Good knowledge Excel and ERP system preferably Odoo.
- Good experience with using labor law, social insurance, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience in NGO's, Health sector
- Experience in dealing with donor-funded projects
- Good Knowledge of ISO documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and data reporting/analysis
- Ability to mentor staff
