Job Title: HR Specialist
Reports to: Director of Human

Location: Head office – October city, Giza
Type of work: 70% office and 30%
field work
Job Purpose
To
support the effective delivery of core HR services across the organization by
coordinating HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, personnel
administration, payroll inputs, benefits, compliance documentation, and HR
reporting. The role ensures accurate HR records, consistent implementation of
HR policies and procedures, timely employee support, and smooth coordination
between the Head Office and field offices.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR
records, employee files, contracts, and HRIS/ERP data while ensuring
confidentiality and data protection.
· Administer employee lifecycle
processes, including onboarding documentation, contract renewals, probation
follow-up, transfers, promotions, leaves, attendance, and offboarding
requirements.
· Prepare and review monthly payroll
inputs, support payroll processing for all contract types, and coordinate
benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team.
· Ensure compliance with labor law,
social insurance, medical insurance, internal HR policies, and required
personnel documentation.
· Support HR audits, ISO
documentation, and internal/external review requirements by maintaining
complete and accurate HR records.
· Respond to employee HR inquiries and
provide guidance.
· Support in handle employee relations
matters, and investigations.
· Provide HR support to field offices
and ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, forms, and
workflows across locations.
· Support recruitment administration
when needed, including interview coordination, hiring documentation, reference
checks, and onboarding arrangements.
· Prepare Quarter HR reports, staff
updates, attendance and leave reports, and other HR data required by
management.
· Coordinate and assist the HR team on
employee engagement, performance follow-up, learning activities, and
culture-related initiatives.
· Support implementation of HR
policies, procedures, forms, workflows, and internal HR communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business
Administration, or related field.
· 4-6 years of relevant HR general experience,
preferably covering HR operations, employee services, payroll coordination,
personnel administration, and compliance; NGO, multi-site, or health sector
experience is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of
labor law and HR compliance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent
organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel to field offices and
work across diverse teams.
